Change of mind

We want you to love our products that you buy from us. However, if you change your mind, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

You will be responsible for the actual shipping costs to facilitate a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping Policy

Kindly note that we do not ship second time for free if you failed to receive the parcel due to the below reasons,

1. Not at home when driver arrive at recipient address

2. Driver can not find you due to incorrect shipping information or instruction

 

Restocking fee

A minimum of $30 or 20% of purchase price is require for warehouse restocking if you choose to return without any exchange. This fee does not include return shipping cost and any type of shipping promotion.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a return, you can contact us at shop@nbcbadminton.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

All the clothing, shoes, accessories are not returnable including socks, grips, towels, drink bottles etc. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, promotion items, limited edition items or gift cards.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
